1. The service

Papering (the “app”) is a drawing-binder application for handwritten records on iPad. It runs on your device and requires no account or server connection.

2. Beta stage

The app is in development and beta distribution. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice, and existing records may be lost as data structures change. Please export anything important and keep a copy.

3. Your content

You own everything you create in the app, including handwriting and drawings. Because that data is stored only on your device, we cannot access it and do not.

4. Backups are your responsibility

The app stores data on your device. Guarding against loss from a lost, broken, or reset device — or from deleting the app — is your responsibility.

5. Rights in the app

The app itself and the bundled sheets, stickers, and design elements remain the property of their creator. You may use the app for personal purposes; you may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it, or extract and distribute the bundled resources separately.

6. Prohibited use

  • Using the app for unlawful purposes
  • Circumventing or defeating the app's protection measures
  • Reselling or redistributing the app commercially without permission

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that it is fit for a particular purpose, free of errors, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for data loss or for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.

9. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we will post the revision on this page and update the date. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes follow the procedures set out in applicable law.
